The Company was incorporated in England (Registration No: 5331770) in January 2005 and was re-admitted to London’s AIM market in October 2006.

The Company is not admitted to trading on any other exchanges or trading platforms. The Company has 484,444,763 ordinary shares on issue. No shares are held in treasury. No shares are restricted from trading and there are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company's securities.

The percentage of shares not in public hands is 75.46%.  Substantial shareholders are Natasa Mining Ltd (42.39%), Gogear International Ltd (19.15%) and Top Horizon Group Ltd (13.88%).  There are no other significant shareholders.
