Any publications or communications sent to shareholders within the last 12 months

Any company news releases within the last 12 months

Details of other current and future exchanges and platforms on which securities are traded

The number of securities in issue (noting those held in treasury) updated 6 monthly

The percentage of securities not in public hands (where known) updated 6 monthly

Identity and percentage holding of significant shareholders updated 6 monthly

Details of any restrictions on the transfer of AIM securities
